Return policy

Unauthorized Returns:
Returns without prior request and approval will not be accepted, and you will lose the right to a refund.

Return Period:
You may return a product within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions:
The product must be in the same condition as received: unused, and in its original packaging. For hygiene-sensitive products, they must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

Exceptions:
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain sanitary items.

Return Procedure:
Want to return a product? Send an email to Herbalanceplus@gmail.com including:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo (if damaged)

  • Your contact information

Please note: We only have one return address located in China. Returns sent to other addresses will not be accepted or refunded. Returns without prior notice are invalid.

Return Shipping is at Your Own Risk:
We are not responsible for packages lost during return transit or held by customs.

Track & Trace Required:
All returns must include a Track & Trace code, which you must share with us. This allows us to track your return and process your refund. Without a tracking number, we cannot trace the package, and your refund will be voided.


REFUNDS:

Procedure:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds:
Haven’t received your refund after 30 days?


COSTS:

Return Shipping Costs:
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a Track & Trace code, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Returns must be shipped to China. Shipping costs start at €20, depending on your location.


EXCEPTIONS:

Defective Products:
Received a defective product? We will send a replacement free of charge.

Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled after placement due to our automated processing system.
